Rooted in ancestral memory, Yimi Skin & Tea honors the women who healed without praise and those like Mary Thomas, who burned the system so we could reclaim what was ours.
Healing isn’t a trend. It’s a return.
“Yimi means ‘Mother’ in the language of my lineage—one spoken by hands that healed, not tongues that colonized.”

Born of Rebellion.
Brewed for Resilience.
Inspired by the legendary Fireburn Queens of St. Croix, this bold herbal blend is our offering to the women who rose in flames so we could rise in power.
Crafted with ginger, cinnamon, hibiscus, and clove, Fireburn Blend supports circulation, heart strength, and inner fire. Whether you're standing firm, reclaiming rest, or walking in your own revolution, this tea is your daily act of herbal resistance.

What Is Fireburn? Why It Still Matters.
In 1878, three women—Mary Thomas, Axeline Salomon, and Mathilda McBean—led the Fireburn uprising in St. Croix, demanding justice for laborers in a Caribbean where freedom was declared, but liberation was still denied. These weren’t just rebels.
They were daughters of the soil. Revolutionaries. Mothers.
And just like our grandmothers, they knew the medicine that lived in the land.
Their fire lives on—in how we heal, how we remember, and how we reclaim what was taken.
At Yimi Skin & Tea, every cup you sip and every salve you use is part of this resistance. Herbs are our inheritance. Healing is our protest.
