Cancellation Policy

Consultation Service Agreement This Consultation Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made , by and between Yimi Skin and Tea ("Service Provider") and ("Client"). 1. Services Provided The Service Provider agrees to provide a 15 minutes wellness discovery call ("Service") to the Client. The Service will focus on personalized wellness strategies and recommendations. 2. Fees The fee for the wellness discovery call is $150.00 per session per condition. Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of the Service. 3. Non-Refundable Policy The Client acknowledges that all payments made for the wellness discovery call are non-refundable. 4. Scheduling Upon receipt of payment, the Service Provider will coordinate with the Client to schedule the wellness discovery call at a mutually convenient time. 5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal information shared during the consultation. 6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas United States of America. 7. Acceptance 8. Appointment Scheduling The Client agrees to schedule appointments for services with the Service Provider in advance. 9. No-Show Policy If the Client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notification, the Service Provider will consider this a "no-show." The appointment will be canceled within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. 10. Late Arrival Policy If the Client arrives late for their appointment, the Service Provider will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the Client has not arrived within this timeframe, the appointment will be canceled, and the Client will be considered a no-show. 11. Cancellation Notification Clients are required to provide at least [24 hours] notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $150.
