If you're considering using herbal remedies for colon cleansing or digestive health, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized guidance and recommendations.

  • Steeping Instruction

    Brewing Instructions:

For a perfect cup of tea, please follow these simple steps:

    1. Boil alkaline, spring, or bottled water, allowing the temperature to reach approximately 212°F.

    2. Add half a tablespoon of loose-leaf herbs to a tea infuser or teapot.

    3. Pour four ounces of hot water over the tea leaves and let it steep for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to develop fully.

    4. Once steeped to perfection, remove the infuser, strain the tea leaves, and pour the aromatic infusion into your favorite teacup.

Note: If you prefer a stronger tea, decrease the amount of water added to it. One ounce is the strongest you can have your tea.

  • Colon Cleanse Instruction

    1. Drink the colon cleanse at night

    2. Add 2 level teaspoons of non-iodized sea salt to a full quart of lukewarm water. Drink the entire quart of salt and water first thing in the morning.

NOTE: This must be taken on an empty stomach.

Several eliminations will likely occur during the next hour. If elimination does not occur, increase the amount of salt slightly; if it is too forceful, reduce the salt-to-water ratio until the proper balance is found.

This can be repeated for three days.
